I'm a wife, mother, teacher, artist, and most recently photographer.  I started taking photos as a way of doing something for myself during the pandemic.  I was spending my days teaching high school calculus and computer science virtually along with helping my family cope with the isolation of quarantine.  I needed something for myself.  To get out of the house, I walked our dog 2 or 3 times a day.  On these walks, I realized that I wanted to capture the beauty of nature that I hadn't noticed before because my life was always so busy.  So, this blog is my way of documenting the joyful little moments that I am doing my best to savor.
